Firstly, I would like to thank Mr Sangay Dorji for the perfect 07 days itinerary to discover breathtaking Bhutan. I’ve visited Bhutan on 02-08Oct, planned to witness the important Thimphu Tshechu Festival and it was a rich blend of spirituality, vibrant performance and community spirit. Secondly, I would like to convey my sincere gratitude to my personal and professional cultural guide Mr Yongko Dorji and Mr Tshering that possess excellent driving skills.

Our group of three had an enjoyable trip in Bhutan booked through Soultrips. Sangay who helped us to organised the trip, was very responsive and attentive to our needs through email communications. The trip itself was truly memorable thanks to our guide and driver, Yongko and Leiki. Leiki is an excellent driver who kept us safe on the roads. Yongko is a very knowledgeable guide. He was able to explain and tell us stories of Varjayana Buddhism that was interesting and allowed us to get closer to the amazing religion. Otherwise, a statue would just be a statue that you see in the many temples in the country. Ask for this team of guide and driver (Yongko and Leiki) if you are considering going to Bhutan and wish for an enlightening journey.

I had a wonderful 7D6N in Bhutan all thanks to the team from Druk Asia / SoulTrips. I had planned for a solo trip to Bhutan, and after some searches, I chanced upon several reviews with Druk Asia which eventually led me to reach out to them and book a tour with them. All I can say is, it was the best decision to do so! Everything was seamless, from the communication with the Travel Specialist (Ugyen Dema), to the planning of itinerary, and the booking of the whole package. She was very patient and helpful throughout my conversations with her via email, and she was very prompt in replying to my queries too. Most importantly, I did not feel that she was trying to “hard sell” me anything, just genuinely trying to answer my queries and provide the best options according to my budget.

Wonderful experience from start to finish From stepping off the plane to getting back on it we received first class service. Both Chencho (guide) and Tashi (driver) could not have done anymore. Even the requested 6:00 departure to hike up to Tigers Nest Monastery was accepted without a blink…. The 4 day itinerary was intense, but there was so much to cram in…. Chencho was more than happy to adjust this if we wished…. “It was our tour not hers” 😊 We even managed to experience a few surprises from Chencho along the way….(Will not tell you about these… come and find out for yourselves)! The country is beautiful and unspoilt by mass tourism…. Hope it stays this way.

I had an amazing trip to Bhutan with Druk Asia. Everything was well-organized and stress-free. Our guide, NT, was fantastic — friendly, knowledgeable, and always went out of his way to make the trip special. Choosing Druk Asia was a decision I never once regretted. From the very first inquiry to the completion of our adventure, every step was handled with care, precision, and promptness. One of the highlights of our trip was the trek to Taktsang Monastery (Tiger’s Nest). We had been told that locals typically complete the hike in about three hours, and given our age and physical condition, we were worried about whether we could manage it. But Yongko was positive and encouraging, assuring us we could do it together at a slower pace. Throughout the trek, he was attentive to our well-being — teaching us breathing techniques, ensuring we had enough rest and water at each checkpoint, and even offering to carry our belongings so we could climb more comfortably. His care and dedication far exceeded our expectations of a guide. In the end, we took 8 hours to complete it, and it was 100% worth it.

Bhutan is a beautiful country seeped in culture, spirituality and scenic beauty has no limits. Druk Asia took note of our preferences such asrooms with good views, dietry preferences etc. This contributed greatly to our experience. Our guide Sang Ye is very knowledgable ( as we requested). None of our questions remained unanswered. Driver Tian Din is very caring and helpful. They went beyond their call of duty to make us feel comfortable and safe. This trip was amazing- beyond our expectations, thanks to Druk Asia for planning it, Our guide Sang Ye and Tian DIn for executing it a caring and amzing way.

I had initially planned my trip to Bhutan in 2023, but it was postponed until July-August 2025. I approached the trip with an open mind and heart, albeit with limited research. Unlike my usual solo travels, I opted for a guided tour this time. I would like to extend my gratitude to Sonam, who initially arranged my trip in 2023 and was helpful in accommodating changes to my plans. Kuzu Zangpola! What an Adventure of a Lifetime! Our adventure in Bhutan was simply too superb in every way beyond words. Right from booking to every steps made in this beautiful land of our tour, the coordination and execution from all levels was just seamless. We were located in Melbourne, Australia but we very glad we booked our travel with Soultrips/Druk Asia in the Singapore office during our previous visit there. Travel Specialist, Ugyen was always patient to follow up and immediate response to our numerous email queries even during the late odd hours had much impressed us.

The main purpose of this 10-day journey was to embark on a pilgrimage to Guru Padmasambhava. In recent years, I’ve traveled less, having grown weary of constant trips. Yet, this visit to Bhutan was a spontaneous decision. Looking back, everything unfolded perfectly—especially since the final day of my trip coincided with the annual opening of Guru Rinpoche’s meditation cave. What incredible luck!

Sangay took care of my booking from start to finish. He was very responsive with my queries and assigned a great local tour company (Soultrips) to organise my holiday in Bhutan. One minor improvement - Hotel Lobesa in Punakha needs to fix/upgrade their shower pressure and hot water system. I was having 4 min showers before the water went cold. Please pass this feedback on to your hotel suppliers. Rest was fantastic.

My trip to Bhutan with Druk Asia was absolutely fantastic, both the guide (Tashi) and the driver (Tshering) were really kind and very knowledgeable. I was surprised to learn that the agency actually inspects the hotels they choose for their guests in person – indeed all the hotels were very clean, with amazing service. When I booked a trip to Bhutan, my best friend didn’t understand why I would do so to only be here a few days. Now my friends and family want to go to Bhutan, and it was absolutely worth it. Excellent trip. It is my third time in Bhutan and I had an amazing time. My tour was well planned and guide Yongko and driver Tshering Dorji looked after me very well. The food menu was also varied and delicious. I would happily travel with them again!
